How do I know that you have received my online order?
Once we have reviewed your order for accuracy, we will send an email showing receipt of your order along with a confirmation of your order.
Do you require a minimum order?
No, we do not require a minimum to order. Every order, regardless of size, is important to us!
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, contact us with the specifics and we will provide a quote for larger volume orders.
What is the Live Chat feature?
Live Chat is a feature that allows you to speak directly with a customer service representative via chat. Within Live Chat, you can ask questions about our merchandise, shipping, or any other questions all while navigating on our website in REAL TIME. Will I be charged sales tax?
Freedom Distribution is required by law to collect and pay sales tax in some states. Applicable sales tax will appear in the cart at checkout. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and is calculated as a percentage of the order total. All tangible goods and services (including shipping when applicable) are taxable. If you are tax exempt institution, please contact customer service so we may process your order. Once tax-exempt status has been reviewed and approved you may create an individualized log-in for future orders.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa payments. We will also consider ACH and check payments for orders placed for qualified customers. Please download our credit application on our link and return to us for consideration. Our account executive will review and contact you once you are approved.
What shipping method do you use for shipping out merchandise?
Freedom Distribution always strives to ship your merchandise by obtaining the best shipping rates on your behalf.
How much is my shipping charge?
The freight is based on weight and zone to be shipped to. Your final shipping costs will appear on your final invoice.
When will I receive my order?
In stock orders received before 3pm Central Standard time ship within 1-2 business days, except custom labels which typically have a 3-week lead time. If any items are on back order you will be notified.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Please contact our customer service department to explain the problem and they will take necessary steps to resolve the problems to your satisfaction. There are no return fees at any time for defective or damaged products. Custom orders cannot be returned.
How long do I have to return my order?
Any damaged product needs to be returned within 30 days. Contact customer service for instructions on returning items.
